Don't worry Tut. I was just wondering if you had any left. You must have been quite low so glad to have helped.

I don't know driving in another way which isn't risky. Each one has to improve himself. Each driver has its limit. My limit is a little bit further than other's.

Great fun day. Good to catch up with folk, and meet some new SE'rs.
Big thanks to Murray for the shot of his car, and everyone who gave me a pax lap.

no, I left at the same time but I just took my time, was quite enjoying listening to my music and daundering up the road!! I also got stuck in a wee bit of traffic where there was an accident south of Stonehaven where a caravan was on it's side blocking the two lanes!tut wrote:Sorry Jen missed you, even though earlier on I saw a few Clios. However when Alan and the 340R's never passed, I thought that you were taking the back roads home.
Did you stay at KH, as we had to wait 45 mins at Strathcarrow for the driver to take a break?

Better to have a C.V Joint break than the Engine rev to 20,000. Thats why they make the C.V joints the week link in the system

Yep we passed that with the two cop cars, but the outside lane was still open.
How the hell did he manage that on a straight road, with the car pointing in the opposite direction?

Its just proof that it is all rumours Campbell, or just jealousy from those lassies that thought they had missed out.

I'm guilty of driving that road quickly myself but at least keep it on your side of the road!
I was met by elises/exiges in the middle of the road on one of the bends and it made me hit a kerb/verge with my trailer, thanks for that

Re: SIDC 27th March 9-1pm
Excellent start to the trackday season, fantastic SIDC as always. Thanks to John for organising and special thanks for allowing Jonathan to say a few words about Brian at the briefing. Very fine speech.
Thanks also to McApe and Simon Ironside for supplying me with emergency fuel.
Managed to take a few people out for pax laps, seemed to have a never ending queue
Well done to Ed for winning best dressed driver and for big lols on the warm up laps. Ed joins me in the auspicious club of twats who have managed to spin on SIDC warm up laps
