Another great SIDC day. The traffic was very heavy but very well behaved.

I had a great time lapping with Scotty in Mads' car with a knockhill instructor onboard, trying to give a bit of instruction while i was chasing Scotty. And a Smashing time lapping with Mads! Sorry about the windscreen

The car ended up with a cracked exhaust down pipe and is going to need the geo setup as there was far too much understeer. Seemed to have plenty of power on full boost though. Shame ill still be outgunned at time attack. Great shake down before the start of the season though.

Thanks to SIDC for my first trackday...was cracking fun :D

Also thanks to Scotty C for the instruction at the start, was a huge help :D :thumbsup

Hopefully I will make it back there at some point in the future...

(that's why I think Mike will do fine, that and his lack of imagination).

I forgot to say I'd had a great day at this :D . It was great to get back on track after such a long winter, and also good to catch up with all the usual suspects. Ed let me have the free second drive of his 135 and it's brilliant fun! Obviously 118bhp is the optimum power output for these cars (   ) but a little bit more poke was certainly a nice change. Cheers John for organising :thumbsup . Ed and I met up with Warren (woza) at Dreghorn, and it was an interesting convoy up to KH (ed you are hopeless at leading). Good to meet some new faces. Well done to Warren for picking up his Elise the night before and getting straight up to a trackday! Just need to get it on track now

All in all a top day :D :D
