Alan has had the head skimmed. At this point we would like to thank Stu160 for skimming the head, and very promptly too. Great service as usual, thanks Stu!

) Alan has also removed the valves to fit dual valve springs and titanium retainers. Some pics:
First set-back - Colins engine had a different degree of collets (sp?) than we expected, so ordered up a new set today. Anybody building a Honda engine, take note that the degree of collets is dependant on the year of engine manufacture. If you don't notice and fit the wrong size, you can expect dropped valves!
