Well, by the weekend the project had progressed;
Headed off to the event on Sunday morning (without Louise after a mountain biking incident on Saturday). Got to within about a mile of the event and the engine overheated; turns out the header tank had split; leading to HGF. Apparently it's quite an easy fix, so I'm giving it a go (well how hard can it be?

).
Here's hoping it's back on the road soon; we are planning to do a driving day near Balirgowrie on the 12th June.

Of course not Kenny. Bits that are now in the bin can't leak any more
Hoping it will be back together some time this week / weekend.

Easy to say this with clean hands from the background but this is part of the fun isn't it?
