Should be a classic trip. When do you get down?
@Scott : I'll be going saturdag morning and picking up Peter somewhere under Antwerpen.
You travel on Friday, right? It's a shame I can't make that, I'd like to be first in the bar.
I picked up you sold the 2-11. Exchanged it like Andy for a mule for the tracks?

Any of you taking the NewCastle ferry?
From experience I know it's a less boring trip down travelling together.
Dom,
Lots of us on the 0820 Eurotunnel on Sat (gets in at 0955 in Calais) if you want to detour? Or meet en route, maybe Arras?

(that's why I think Mike will do fine, that and his lack of imagination).

That would be great.
Lets see: you'll probably be at Arras at 11.15 (loc.time): http://maps.google.nl/maps?f=d&source=s ... 757324&z=9
This could be a meeting point and is along our route, but alternatives are fine with me.

robin, dave and i made it to hotel in the vosges mountains.

900 miles in 14 hours, including the tunnel, lunch, loads of roadworks and 3 fuel stops.

Sitting in hotel bar drinking beer, looking at the mountains, itching to get going. Will try and remember to take photos
