Only bit I didn't like was the wee twiddly chicane bit where we had to go left of the lozenge...better if the cones weren't there (where's tut when you need him).

I assume you mean the downhill chicane, not the 180 double apex, Ali?
I don't think it was flat in Kanga, at least not if you wanted to have all four wheels on the tarmac by the turn in for the next corner
