Exige Vandalized in Edinburgh

Post by And9s » Mon Sep 06, 2010 6:41 pm

After a great weekend away I arrived back home today to find my front window wiper and arm snapped off the Exige. Gutted, It's the straw that broken the camels back i'm afraid. Since moving here its the 3rd time someone has messed with it. Hopefully Muray's will be able to sort it tomorrow as was heading over to the west coast Wednesday morning for a 5 day trip around Loch Lomond.

Big thanks to Murray's Edinburgh tonight when I rang. Will be up for sale asap.

Bad news indeed :(
Where about in the Burgh are you. We've had Elises for about 6 years and never had any problems...

Not a Lotus, but a colleague of mine was having tremendous trouble with his car being vandalised. It was mainly due to parking on the main pedestrian route in the area. By parking round the corner he alleviated the problem. Maybe a tactical change of parking space might improve things?

I had a final 5 day blast on the west coast last week and loved every minute of it.

The Exige is now up for sale in Murray's Edinburgh. Go have a nose if you're looking for a one owner 240S with Larini and TRD box. Meticulously maintained from day one.
