Just mention the fact that you need your licence for your work.

If the judge bans you ...... 192.com him & get his home address & infest his house..... :)
Two negatives make a positive but only in Scotland do two positives make a negative - 'Aye right.'

S2 Exige
BMW 435d M Sport - 375bhp..... and stops now (big brakes!😁)
Work Horse - Ford Transit - Full of crap spec....... 170bhp one :-)

They require a license, but they only check that you have one in your hand. Assuming you don't have to surrender your current license on receiving the ban, you'll be OK ;-) If you do need to surrender your license I suggest you lose it before that becomes an issue, then you can surrender the replacement, when it arrives ;-)

Cheers,
Robin

As Robin says, lose your licence and get a replacement. You will receive a new photo part one and also the part two as well.

If you do get a ban, at least you will still be able to drive on track.

I was going to do the same thing when I got caught. I was more worried about missing track days as i'm minutes away from work.

Just make sure you don't kill a member of the KH staff or a marshall, pretty sure they wouldn't be insured.

P.S Luckily Jen was the person driving that day, not me.
