Technical Weekend anyone?

Post by Rich H » Tue Aug 08, 2006 7:11 pm

If all my bits turn up as expected and the weather holds I will be fitting my "special" head this weekend... :D

I might even fit the PRRT....finally!

Anyone want to lend a hand, supervise or offer the use of a garage? :D

Garage and tools available...(still to check with Lesley, dont think were doing anything) but dont expect any tech assistance other than "is that bit meant to be that shape" comments.
Well it moves... might as well make the most of it....

Will they give them up readily?

Failing that on the way past give me a wave!

I'll time them with my vernier calipers...

Might be available during the day on Sat - would check with hambo about garage, but I know he's pretty full-on for the rally car now, so he'll probably have a shell in there by the weekend....

Cheers gents,

Thanks for the offer John, may still take you up on it, but it would be a great help to have the mighty engine team asssting... (ie Shug and the Hambo!) Seeing as you have both done this kind of thing before and I haven't

The offer still stands, but I understand that you meant a "Garage" and not a big shed that you park a car in...

If you do get the offer of help from someone who knows what there doing, take it.

Think Hambo's a no-go. He's either completing his bathroom, working, or doing stuff for his own car...

I'm available to pop over to wherever you choose to do it.
