Don't know if you've already sorted this but I've had refurbs done with varying degrees of (sometimes crappy) success. If you're over Edinburgh way Pentland Precision Coatings at Straiton are very good indeed. They also have the facility to do wishbones and other pretty big stuff.
Also, if they've been recoated before they'll need to be dipped before recoating which they can also do
