Hi guys and gals, just a quick note to keep you in the loop....

Well, I have left my job and sold my Elise to become a partner in SLS to help Ali out. Ali is very busy with mechanical repairs, servicing and upgrades and as such is struggling to find the time to run the business so I have come on board to do that side of things, we are currently in a transitional period where we've taken on new premises and are getting that converted to suit or needs. We will hopefully be trading out of there in the next couple of weeks. I was hoping to have everything sorted and an opening date for the new premisies in place before making an anouncement but feel I need to let you all know what's happening at the moment as there has been some speculation.

We have taken on board all your comments on the SLS of old and have a very clear vision of where the business needs to be and how we're going to achieve the highest level of customer service and retention. SLS is changing to provide you guys the best possible customer service to make your Lotus ownership, servicing, repairs and upgrade experience as pleasurable as possible.

More updates as and when we have them..

I, for one, think it's a great move, if you can concentrate on the business and customer service side, allowing Ali time and space to do what he does best - fix cars!

Ali damaged his phone yesterday but is getting a replacement delivered later today, so if anybody has txt or tried to call him he's not actually been able to get his messages so please try again later today if you've been trying to get hold of him..

We will have a land line number for the business soon folk.

Sounds promising fellas.

I think you have a merry band of followers who would love for SLS to do well - to the benefit of its customers and its owners alike - the streams of anxious feedback on here say it all!

Keep at it, don't rush things or cut corners just to make a "launch", focus on getting the service right from the beginning and you cannot offer yourselves a better footing than that.

Oh and a landline, with an answering machine, is an extremely good idea
