We were privileged enough to run with an Elise and a Scoob for nearly 3 years. To this day I still think I was dreaming

Subaru report after a month of ownership.
Not driven the Exige in four months!
Of course the WRX was bought to stop me putting miles on the Lotus but at the moment I cant be bothered getting the Exige back out.
Up until last weekend it was mainly commuting stuff, petrol consumption not great but nothing worse than I was expecting. As said I dont do a lot of miles so can live with it while we get a massive 1penny rebate on fuel tax.
Last weekend it got it’s first proper test when I transported 4 people plus full wedding regalia across country on some decent driving roads. It is quite simply astonishing how quickly and effortlessly it covers ground, even when driving ‘sensible’ with passengers it felt like I could go quicker than the Exige for less effort and no (well, little) discomfort to passengers.
I wont waffle on ad infinitum, suffice to day I am quite enjoying it.
Also will get Jill to add what she thinks seeing as she drove it back home at the weekend as I was fukced! Some SE’ers will know and sympathise with this.

You need new windscreen wipers apparently and we ended up playing triv pursuit for a few hours in Benny and Soph's room with more wine and the drive home the next day was even less fun than yours!!!
