Orange S2 Tillyfourie

Post by kerryxeg » Mon May 02, 2011 9:50 am

Sunday evening - a lovely evening for a run. I was in the 911 - probably looking a bit bug spattered - too many low flying beasties on the West Coast.

Its 1987, although there's probably not much on it from 1987. I was on the way back from the west coast. It was funny, you were the only Lotus I met in nearly 1000 miles and just a few miles from home.

1987. That explains why I liked it; classic. There were a number of that sort of vintage cars about at the time; was there a rally?

Nothing I was aware off, but that doesn't mean much. Probably just the fact it was sunny and it was was time to get the dust sheet off and go for a spin. I saw a few 993/996's in Loch Inver on Friday, but pretty quiet from an interesting car perspective for the rest of the run. But then I was trying to avoid traffic.
