Im in no hurry to get back to the UK I have anothe week off, so happy to spend another few day in the south of france by the beach or playing in the mountains or both.

There is also talk of driving up to Spa on the saturday and watching the GP on the Sunday?

General entry for the GP is £165 and if we want a decent seat at the bottom of En rouge then it goes up to £375

I dont have a return ferry book as yet either.

I don't know driving in another way which isn't risky. Each one has to improve himself. Each driver has its limit. My limit is a little bit further than other's.

As I can not manage it Neil, N3 would be a possibility.

It could still happen. I was too stressed to commit the time to making EGOR work again, so right now I'm out.

But EGOR is sitting at SLS where on Monday the engine will come out. I have 99% of everything I need to swap the bits off the bust engine to a donor engine (thanks Andy, I owe you for that, BTW). Then SLS put the engine back in. Then I see where the rest of my life is and make a decision. I believe I'll be able to get a place (e.g. Peter's ;-)), and I still have the ferry booked, so if life and car permit I will be there, but this way I don't have to worry about it, and that was the most important thing to me at the time I decided to let my place go.

Cheers,
Robin

What does a car permit have to do with it? You skint after having to pay for emissions-based parking? ;)

No, the parking cost was the same as before as both our cars are middle band :-) So whilst I think the scheme is stupid, I don't think it cost me anything!

Fingers crossed I'll be there!

Cheers,
Robin

Happy to share again Dave - as long as the beds aren't as close as they are in the picture!
