I may have got TT mixed up with Amp3 Ferg which was your first track day, but I am sure that it was you.

Shug or Andy, can you remember? Been through all the posts but not found anything conclusive.

Glad you found him Tut :)

...and it was funny looking back at those vids from last year at AMP3. A year on and I'm looking forward to going out again. Heres hoping for just as much fun, albeit with slightly less water! :D

Looking at the forecast, I'd not get your hopes up about that... Still awesome fun in the wet though :thumbsup

Actually the three forecasts that I look at, BBC, Accuweather, and Myweather2/KH are all giving cloud in the afternoon and no rain.

However as we all know, you arrive at KH and look out of the window, and check the prevailing wind.

Nice new R888s or t1rs thats the question. Would imagine either will be better in the wet than the bald a048s i had on the Exige for my last wet trackday.

888s are fine on track in the rain. I always found them quicker to warm up than 48s (which I'll be on and need a good three laps in the wet to come in, with this muppet at the wheel anyway...) and I think they clear standing water better.

As Tut says though, it's not guaranteed - the great thing about KH sometimes is the microclimate that the hill affords - could be soaking on the road in and bone dry on track.

I think I might take my (old) 38s to get put on. Is Mr Wheels A Round going to be there?

Nope - not worth Ronnies time for a 2 hour sesh with cars that don't really use their rubber as hard as the 4WD turbo crew.

New front callipers, pads, and brake fluid have not arrived yet, but Mike has a pair of used fronts, I have some good used pads, and some left over fluid, so will still be OK for tomorrow.

Ian, Luke, and myself will be there for 1230 in N1, N3, and S111 YTT, Craig is going to put the under trays on both cars, change my discs and fit a new handbrake cable.
