She (Marsh) was sat in my local in Queens Park on Sunday afternoon, and didn't look like that at all...*Lots* of tattoos, though...(!)

Saw this on the tellybox before. Generally these body building types don't look that bad normally but in the days/weeks leading up to a contest they are on a very low fat diet to get body fat down to an absolute minimum then in the day or two before dehydrate themselves to point of being quite unwell.

That plus the Goldmember paint job creates the rippled crevices look. Doesn't sound healthy.

If you look at the top female bodybuilders you will see how similar some of their faces are.

To get to that stage they have to take male hormones and steroids, so their faces start to look male, and very often ugly as well as per the worst of the jail dykes.
