Nah,did it myself, it only took me about 45 mins. It's a really simple upgrade, cut the cowling insert the stalk then cut into the wiring loom, there's then a wire you need to feed through into the engine bay, then it plugs into one of the fuse boxes under the bonnet. I bought the stalk and wiring loom off the z4-forum. I think from BMW the whol lot is only about £60.

I have to say that changing the engine in the VX was a lot less stressful than cutting into the wiring loom of the Z4. :thumbsup

Just to update, I'm still looking for one.

I had a test drive in one and really liked it. I'm not in a major rush but I think this will be the next car for me. Looks like some bargins to be had once I get rid of the current car as prices seemed to have fallen over the winter.
