Oh and for those who can't be bothered reading it all the summary is a De-Cat is fine as long as you can pass a road side emissions test (10% less strict than MOT) even if you fail you can drive away and get it fixed...

Scuffers says the experienced VOSA man and all his collegues are idiots and don't know their own rules....
