Twin-axle car transporter trailer - £400 *PRICE DROP* +PIC'

Post by tadltd » Fri Sep 08, 2006 8:58 pm

I'm selling our old twin-axle car transporter trailer. After many years of service (and abuse!) it's time for it to go. It will require some work to get it back to a decent standard, namely:

- a coating of Hammerite
- new hand brake cables
- a new hitch
- new ramps
- rewiring + lights

It's had 4 new tyres recently and when we got it we were told the bearings had been done. It's a fairly big trailer which used to carry LWB Transits and the like, so it's also fairly strong. It also has a large, heavy duty manual winch, which could use a handle (we use a large shifting spanner if we're using it!).

I'm looking for somewhere in the region of £550 for it and I'll even throw in a trailer board. I'd prefer to see it go in the next 7 days as we're having to vacate our current workshop.
