My 350Z is the only car that I miss, I will have another as soon as life permits. Very comfy cruiser with bags of torque and a hoot on track, if not the quickest. I used to get around 24mpg on a combined cycle so not that bad.alicrozier wrote:Welcome to try my 370Z...graeme wrote: Currently looking to replace the 530d with something more fun... 350z, MR2, Z4... but it will need to be more usable than an S1. Thanks for all the welcomes. Thought those of you on the pass that day might enjoy this little movie. Breathe in at 3:40 onwards and see if you can spot where I bottomed out coming down the other side.Andy G wrote:Did originally have my name down for one. Look forward to hearing how you get on with it - look stunning!
Footage sped up for fun. No sheep or speed limits harmed during the making of this video

Thanks for the movie. I didn't realise it took that long to go over the pass.
I think I also felt the effect at 3:40 - Pauline certainly did after the look I got
Please tell me you reversed the camera after you left Applecross to get footage of Tut trying to keep up.

Oyyy, never mind the trying.........
Great video Robin, did not realise you had a camera running. We were a little luckier and got a completely clear drive up. Pity I met up with you at the end of the pass instead of the beginning.
How long had you been parked when we arrived?
tut
ps:- sped up?, surprised as that is my normal speed up there.

Just had the camera on for that run, only been sitting on the loch for about 5 mins or so until I heard the Lotii coming down the mountain.
Think you rather have local knowledge, cheaper repair bills, stiffer suspension and a battle scarred look on your side for speed...
Was also conscious that not every local appreciates a hoon-tourist.

Thought I'd lost the number plate going over that bump, quite a crash. Slowed for it coming the other way.
Agree with Hendeg, I don't remember it being that long! Concentration obviously compressing time.
