Currently looking to replace the 530d with something more fun... 350z, MR2, Z4... but it will need to be more usable than an S1. I like the MR2 roadster, if I can figure out how to replace the seat with a lower one.

My 350Z is the only car that I miss, I will have another as soon as life permits. Very comfy cruiser with bags of torque and a hoot on track, if not the quickest. I used to get around 24mpg on a combined cycle so not that bad.

Great video Robin, did not realise you had a camera running. We were a little luckier and got a completely clear drive up. Pity I met up with you at the end of the pass instead of the beginning.

Just had the camera on for that run, only been sitting on the loch for about 5 mins or so until I heard the Lotii coming down the mountain.
Think you rather have local knowledge, cheaper repair bills, stiffer suspension and a battle scarred look on your side for speed...
Was also conscious that not every local appreciates a hoon-tourist.

Thought I'd lost the number plate going over that bump, quite a crash. Slowed for it coming the other way.
