Atom mapping - hunting for Corbie!

Post by Andy G » Thu Aug 30, 2012 4:46 pm

Hey guys

Was hoping to get in touch with Corbie regarding the mapping on my Atom to see what could be done to boost its range on trips.

Currently its shocking, but i think thats just because the VTEC system is almost permanently engaged and burning fuel at a spectacular rate, which i dont really care about until we do a EU trip or Frolic at which point its a major pita.

Does anyone have a contact email for him?

Why should it be so different from mine on the road?

That's what I was thinking. I know mines not sc'd but the Honda is great on fuel. Normal driving I'd have thought you'd be high 30's in an atom

While I know I drive like Miss Daisy when compared to many of you guys but I was regularlly getting 38 mpg from Craigs old SC and 32mpg from the N/A
The N/A dropped off a bit in recent months but seeing 250-270 miles brim to brim on a 40ish liter fill

What you getting to a tank? Obvious 'on it' is similar to track... but road and traffic usually make it at least 25mpg?!

Okay, I understand the wish for marginally better MPG then! That must be a bit of a PITA.

Glad to hear you are keeping Yokohama busy :thumbsup
