Videos of Cadwell Park (30th March 2013)

Post by Ferg » Thu Apr 04, 2013 9:30 am

Used my GoPro for the first time last Saturday. Camera placement could have been better and I realised I previously imported video directly from cameras rather than using MP4 files and found that my editing suite (PremierCS3) does not do MP4 natively. Anyway, found a way to edit the video and the results are my first ever post to YouTube. Hope you enjoy!

Something of a different angle! ...it's worth experimenting, sometimes the results might surprise.

Cheers for sharing :thumbsup

Good video Ferg. Where was the camera mounted, and I presume by suction mount.

Only 480p resolution, any reason that you did not use HD?

Camera was suckered (and tethered) onto the rear spoiler. TBH I've had a mare processing the video so I'm lucky have it come out at all. It was recorded at 1080 :(

Don't like the angle, but it looks like you had the lines sorted. :thumbsup

I like the reflections of the sky in the bodywork but I think there's too much bodywork in shot TBH.

yeah I agree. I realised I have a bit of footage of your car from behind too. I'll trim it down and post it. :)

Nice vid. The unicorn camera position works very well. :)
