Stumbled upon this from the General Chat- Elise Links page, Posted by Ferg.

Click on 'Gallery' and 'Other Jaunts and especially Rough Love 2006(sounds magic)

Sounds like you all had a great time back then too. :thumbsup

A great resource that Del put together, and some comedy gold in there!

Ohh, those were the days.
Must about just be me and Capbell and FD who still have our cars from the good old days, perhaps Steve Brand as well.

Scottish Elise's - A few few years ago.

Are there any plans to resurrect the SE car stickers? It would be good to display our allegiance and further promote the community?

It was also quite poignant to see Lawrence's name on the site.

I was chatting to Steve not too long ago and he told me he'd sold his car.

I think I've had Egor for 6 years? Both previous cars destroyed, one by me, one by somebody else :-)

I especially like the gallery pic of Robin with the 2nd Elise (and aren't you forgetting several other previous Elises or Exiges, mister, or do they not count...!)

Really shows how good a car the S1 is that you guys still have your cars.
2 years is usually about the time I start to look at replacing a fun car but the S1 is the first car I've decided not to replace.

I was really just referring to cars that I had owned that were of that vintage. Of course there have been many others, but all more modern.

Black S1 P-reg (traded in against next car).
Silver S1 S-reg (died in Spain).
Blue S2 X-reg (sold, possibly to MMC?).
Silver S1 R-reg (swamp car, sold to Rossini, eventually spaded by somebody else).
Orange S2 N/A Exige, 55-reg (p/x to Gareth, the car still belongs to SE member).
Egor Blue S2 135R, 03-reg (still have it).
Blue 340R, (only had it a week).
Yellow S2 S/C Exige 240 (sold via MMC to SE member).

I did have a deposit on the M250 too ...

Cheers,
Robin

The 340R was the closest you came to a midlife crisis, IMHO ;-)

That's quite a portfolio. Impressed.

At 47 I think I've missed my chance for a mid-life crisis - I could go for a 66.7% of the way crisis?

Considering how wrecked my body is now, I shall pleased to not be occupying it when I'm 94 ...
