cool - he can only be better than dealing with the factory!!

Here's hoping its a success for him. What demonstrators will he have, any ideas?

Hope they're better with cars than they are with the Nortons.

I took one out for a test ride, it was straight out the crate and started falling apart on the test ride - anyone say PDI?

If my company had been awarded a Caterham sales franchise, I'd probably think about making an announcement on my website.

I can't see anything on the Caterham site either.

Odd. Image

Exactly my thoughts too, after a quick rummage on RPM and CC's sites :?

Mention of Linn audio though

Another question, is RPM sales outlet only, or service too?

A bit close to Dreadnought perhaps?

I remember going to his launch party a few years ago. Caught up with Paul G and think others were there too. Was that an 'unofficial' launch ?

Hi All,

I'm sure many of you know me by reputation....Defendall paint protection, dealing with and racing Morgans, poor Norton pdi's etc, etc?!!

So, just to clarify, I've worked on getting the Caterham dealership for over two years now but it's taken a change of management at the factory to achieve my goal.
I actually only actually signed the franchise agreement (sales, service, parts) on Thursday just passed so it's very early days.
No doubt Caterham will post something on their website in the next few days and we have work to do branding our showroom and bringing our RPM website up to date.

On Thursday we hosted a "Linn Lounge" evening rather than a Caterham launch; our official launch will take place once I get a car or two and pull everything together......everyone is invited and will be made most welcome!
Today I speced my demo (can't wait!) and booked some build slots but I won't see anything new 'till late August/mid September......in the meantime I'll buy a newish used car from the factory.

I'm delighted to have been awarded this, we're the only independent dealer in the UK as Caterham's 2 showrooms are factory owned. Equally, it's a big step for them and I hope we can do the Caterham name justice as we have managed with Morgan.
Please feel free to fire in some deposits for new cars to help get the ball rolling!!

In the meantime I'll keep you all informed as things progress and look forward to meeting you all at some point.

I'll certainly be making a visit :D

Thanks for the clarification, best of luck in the new venture :thumbsup

Aren't Millwood Motor Company down south an independent dealer?
