Their website reads as if it's independent but the factory assured me they owned it.

I despair about the level of commentary on this site sometimes

Oh. I didn't know that. Intriguing, cos they've certainly always appeared/presented as independent and that impression in the owners' club too. Good luck.

I asked a perfectly reasonable question... :?

Iain, majority of posts made were seeking clarification from your relatively vague original post.

I can't see any reason to get jumpy - it's always good to hear of specialist facilities north of the border :thumbsup

We're all potential customers so I think we are entitled to dig a little. If Russell wants to embrace us all, he needs to be up for answering the questions that will give us confidence. Perth is not too far and I'd be happy to put any business that way but, if it becomes cliquish club, then there are other options.

Without doubt happy to embrace all and I'm the last person to do cliques.....I'll be happy to answer any question I can.

Anyone not sure of me can check out the many positive comments on http://www.talkmorgan.com.......and I didn't bribe anyone!!

To be fair to Iain, he was probably referring to the Norton comment which I don't think was productive or necessary; my door is always open to anyone who has a gripe with me or RPM.

So, fire away, I'm braced for a barrage of questions!!

Well it's great to have two fantastic brands (3 if you include Norton) under one roof and run by a enthusiast.
Just wish I had the space for this:
