I actually like it quite alot, more so if it turns out a lighter than the previous M3.

Bit over-styled in places, and no doubt I'll soon see at least 10 on my commute, in iPod accessory white with black wheels naturally..

It's like Renault's Liquid yellow...

Problem will be, half decent spec M3 is mid £60ks...this I'd imagine will be around £75k-£80k

What makes you think that ? The 4 series is effectively the 'new' 3 Series Coupe so model by model should be comparable i.e. a 435i on a par price wise with the 335i Coupe it will be replacing.

That colour is going to look as bad as Jewish racing gold on the last m3....
