He must be the Perthshire's fastest Paraplegic!!
The noise is "semi " inducing and old women throw their undergarments on his windscreen wherever he goes

Interested to know how he managed that Iain, nothing like that on the Motability list.

Don't know how it works Tut
It sounds like it is a personal contract hire ...,,but the VAT and the maintenance are covered by Mobility to an agreed monthly level
He was allegedly paralysed in a offshore oil related diving incident

Many thanks for all the comments to date. I am still swithering. Going to get one out for a run on return from Monza.....
Unfortunately I am neither 'kept' or 'big in oil'. Although that last phrase can be read in a number of different ways

. So depreciation means I have to look at the older models, pre 2012.....
Gareth, you have a lot to answer for. That and the fact my daughter is now working at the Mercedes garage in Aberdeen and suggested I have a look at one as they sounded awsome....

Is the depreciation really going to be that bad on a £33k C63? I only lost £2.5k in a year and 10,000 miles with my last E63 which I thought was excellent for such a thirsty car.

When I gun the XC90 I get 6mpg too - Of the two cars, I know which one I would rather be driving when the noise pedal is required, and it's not the XC90
Actually 20mpg is perfectly respectable for many people who don't do that many miles - you wouldn't want to do London and back twice a week, but for the typical 100 miles/week, who cares?
I say go for it - you can always sell it again!
Cheers,
Robin

I though I was doing quite good at the weekend. 420 miles at an average of 23.6 to the gallon, there again I was driving like Miss daisy
