The engine cover is hinged off the roof so you would have to find a new method of fixing the engine cover. Not unlike Craig's solution with the audi

It's a bit clean, but other than that it looks great. Hopefully it will go to a new owner who can put 300k and some stonechips on it. :thumbsup

DESCRIPTION
My exceptional 1998 Lotus Elise S1 Honda K20 supercharged with Motorsport body in Renault Liquid Yellow. The car was converted with Maidstone Sports Cars parts in 2009.

In January 2012 the engine was replaced with one that had covered 30000 miles. The car has covered a genuine 43400 miles and has a huge history folder. An Exedy uprated clutch was fitted (not paddle so no judder) The inlet manifold was replaced and the MSC supercharger nose support was fitted. The latest MSC (Tullet) full exhaust system was fitted and the car was then mapped by TDi South (304bhp). The gear change linkage and cables were replaced with the latest MSC parts.

Over the course of last winter a Motorsport body was fitted consisting of a genuine rear clam and front splitter, the other panels being pattern. It then had a first class repaint in Renault Liquid Yellow. All of the shuts were painted along with the interior, the car was Nautilus and there is no trace of the original colour anywhere. When the body was fitted new headlamps, headlamp mounts, headlamp covers, rear LED lights and number plate lights were fitted. A new windscreen was also fitted. The correct new rear arch liners were fitted. The body was re-assembled using black Pro Bolts. It has genuine Exige S1 alloys that were refurbed by Lepsons in satin black 2 months ago. It has the necessary heat management everywhere, there are no heat issues.

ALL OF THIS WORK WAS CARRIED OUT BY BACK ON TRACK MOTORSPORT IN GUILDFORD TO THEIR USUAL HIGH STANDARD

The rest of the spec is:

Nitron 46 Track day Pros
Quick Steering Rack (fitted 8 months ago)
Adjustable Front ARB
Uprated Toe Links
Braided Brake Lines
Aluminum Radiator
Toyo R888 Tyres
Complete Front End Armourfend
Elise Parts Quick Release Aircraft Style Lockable Fuel Cap With Silicone Hose
HID Headlamps
Thatcham Remote Alarm (fitted 6 months ago)
Sector111 Front Tow Eye, Rear Tow Eye
Genuine Skunk2 weighted gearknob and short shift
Raid 300mm steering wheel with quick release
Corbeau LePro Seats
Luke 4 Point Harnesses
Carbon Fibre Centre Console
IShift Shift Light
Number Plate Goes With The Car

It has a new MOT, I have the V5 in my name at my address and also a comprehensive history folder, I have two keys and two alarm remotes.

Its not the cheapest but its one of the best and if you buy the wrong Honda car you can spend thousands to get it right.

Lots more photos available on request.

Please don't make ridiculous offers by email, you might not like the answer!!
