I should have left this thread until today, nobody would have believed me.

I have actually been suffering a lack of enthusiasm lately what with friends dying and N3 not looking good, so this is maybe the kick in the ass that I need to get me going again. My next door neighbour died this morning from cancer, bought his house the same time that we did 20 years ago, and 15 years younger than me.

Seems that it never stops.

If you need something to be enthusiastic about you should start planing a Tut Towers.

Twill be going up for sale after Clare's wedding Stephen, just the two of us in this place is a little silly, but it will not upset me if it does not sell in the short term, the thought of moving turns me into a mound of quivering jelly.

ps:- plus Mike Stout is looking at a lovely place just .5 miles away, so I would have my own mechanic on the doorstep. :D

Hey Tut

Looks like I'm flying south the pick up a pup (car) tomorrow night.

Will be a sad day when TT is no longer your residence though mate - its been legendary, but HUGE for 2 people.

Get your new car and get back out there mate - for me when people pass it tends to make me try and live more for the moment than the future.

When are you coming to visit anyway??? :thumbsup :cheers

i changed out my original heater as the casing was broken and didn't work worth a fart. the used one i fitted is just as bad and it has an intact casing. I've since tracked down a brand new one. next time the clams off i may try that

Thanks guys, will pass the thoughts on.

Is the pedal box the same in S2's as in S1's, would not want a girly version of that? A backward step is the fuel tank, 41L on mine and I believe 36L on the S2.

Think the pedal box is the same up until 2006 Fly-by-wire S2s.

My S1 has only ever went up to 35L, but think there may be another couple in the filler tube?
