Hi Tut
Everyone has to do what they have to do , when time is right for them.....and now its your time to downshift to your new life. TTowers or into a tent I don't think anyone on SE will think otherwise of you for your move. Your hospitality over the years, for all, has been, well outstanding. Its been a party , a hoot, a ...........well we could go on .
One thing we have in common that those that attended TT we will never forget your zest for all things SE and your contribution to our enjoyment when we all stayed and enjoyed...............
We all need a few more Tuts around on this earth, but this one will do nicely for now .

Noops :thumbsup

Did i totally miss a thread somewhere?

What happened to the yellow N3 TUT?

Somewhere along the lines, i read that yellow N3 TUT was going in to get some TLC which could take some time, the S2 was to tide you over, until yellow N3 was back from its spring clean?! :|

Anyway, that aside, hope Clare's wedding goes well, and i can see you secretly putting people off when they come to view TT, buy yourself another year or two!!

You are right there Dave, I hate the idea of moving, but it was something that I promised Verian after the kids left home and Clare got married here. She has been an OAP for a few years now, the house and garden are really too much for her now, and I am not much use. I did have a cleaner and gardener to help at one stage, but when they moved on I was not able to replace them.

As regards N3 it was just some minor bodywork damage, but with the clamshells needing replacing and being unavailable, together with a respray they decided that it was uneconomical to repair and wrote it off as a CAT D. It will now go down to Coparts in Edinburgh for auction. Sad to lose her, but she was getting tired and would have needed a lot spending to get back in good condition.
