It's Christmas/Birthday day tomorrow!

Post by Barney_McGrew » Thu Jun 26, 2014 11:11 pm

I'm not even going to pretend to not be excited.
We pick our new Elise up tomorrow!
Sold/gave away the Porsche last weekend so there's a spot in the garage needing filled.
Get the train tomorrow and then the wife and I will enjoy a leisurely drive home.
I've been after an Elise for around 12 years and ended up with other things instead. It's been a longtime coming but tomorrow's the day!

Congratulations! Photos required please, and get those pesky running-in miles out the way on the first day. :D

Looks really nice. Would love to see a brand new lotus in the skin for myself.

Thanks for the comments guys.
Delighted with how the spec. came together. The wife had her first drive in it today. A little tentative to start with but she'll soon get used to it.
