Council Tax.

How am I doing?
Education yes, transport only the ferries that support the islands and speed limits. Council tax I thought was the local authority but they do come under the Scottish Parliament.

Health policy is devolved

From:

http://www.scotland.gov.uk/About/Factfile/18060/11552

"some aspects of transport, including the Scottish road network, bus policy and ports and harbours"

That's quite a bit more than the subsidised ferry network.

Cheers,
Robin

P.S. The dualling of the A9 is presumably managed by the Scottish Parliament via Transport Scotland.

Trunk road maintenance/upgrade is Hollyrood but the rest is local authority. Laws governing traffic regulations and vehicle excise duty are Westminster. Marine and air travel is Westminster as are railways.

What is the purpose of your question Mike? There are bits that we don't/ won't know about but the replies indicate that there ia a general understanding of the current split of responsibilities (not being argumentative but don't understand why you were asking)

Going by the most recent polls, it looks like the rest of the country is catching up with SE, with quite a swing to "No". ....for what the polls are worth

The swing to "No" quite possibly helped along by recent activities of:

2004 Bentley Conti GT
2017 Schkoda Yeti

I thought I knew what was/wasn't devolved but when I looked I noticed not all of what I thought was/wasn't devolved was/wasn't IYSWIM. I didn't realise for instance that health care was completely devolved and that it's actually NHS Scotland not UK NHS and is fully funded by Scottish Parliament, always thought it was part of the whole NHS.

Not sure what poles your looking at but:

Survation: 1% drop in yes vote with corresponding 1% rise in undecided
TNS: 1% drop in No vote and 2% rise in Yes vote.
You-Gov: 1% rise in No vote 1% drop in Yes Vote
Ipsos-Mori: No vote static, 4% rise in Yes vote
ICM: 2 % rise in No vote and 2% drop in Yes vote
Panelbase: 1% rise in both Yes and No vote.
