Ask away! Better ask the stupid questions now, than buy the wrong car!

Where are you based?
I'm about 10 miles west of Glasgow Airport in Elderslie.
You are welcome to pop round and have a pax in my S1 in that case - I'm on the North of Glasgow, just off Junc2 of the M80 :thumbsup
Thanks,that would be great :D

I'm free most evenings but I'm in the West End of Glasgow as well a couple of times a week. IIRC you worked on airframes and were doing quite a bit of work to a mini?

Yes,still airframe and engines with the same company.
There's still a MK1 mini hillclimb car waiting to get finished at some point!
I'll send you a message next week when I'm off to see how you're fixed.
Cheers.

Strangely, his missus also calls him Alan, even in company... Perhaps she has inside information on why "Woody" isn't as appropriate? :damnfunny

She called me Alan at VxJons wedding at the weekend, several people know for years didn't have a clue.
