Re: Zenos
MMC have two 2-11's in just now, there's a black one as well. They are selling one on behalf of a customer but can't remember which one.
Focus ST estate, i3s and more pushbikes than strictly necessary.

Re: Zenos
I had a quick visit to the new Zenos factory at Wymondham on the way to Hethel for the Spaz trip.
There wasn't that much to see as the current show car was in Holland for a dealer launch event, however they were in the process of building two development prototype cars so I was able to see the architecture of the spine and how the mechanical side of the car goes together.
Ansar took Lesley and I for a quick look around, explained some of the philosophy behind the design and introduced us to one of the engineers who is designing the new windscreen system.
Although there wasn't a complete car to see I did enjoy the visit, it was great to see the bare bones of the design and it's not very often you order a car then get to meet one of the company co-founders or the engineers.
Ansar has kindly offered to fly me down from Aberdeen to see the completed product later in the year.
They are planning a trackday session to let potential buyers try the car, no idea when that'll be though.
I'm not an engineer but I do like what I see as quite a simple design with many features designed to make ownership affordable, easy repair after an off at the track being high on the agenda.
The project is slipping from it's original schedule but that does not surprise me at all, I fully expected that.
They've just put this little video together.

Re: Zenos
Just booked my train tickets to Millbrook
Going down there on the 30th of this month courtesy of Zenos for a few things.
1. Test drive of the E10 evaluation prototype round the Millbrook Track.
2. Laps as a passenger with their test driver.
3. Tour of the Millbrook facility.
It's a bit of a long way to go but the Virgin trains are pretty quick so I'm there and back the same day.
I don't think Millbrook is a place that many of the public get to visit never-mind drive round, so it'll be a different experience for sure.
Plus I'm really missing having the Evora to play with so it'll be nice to drive a proper (hopefully!) car again.
Cheers,
Kenny

There's a great service to Aberdeen too.

I'm sure the day will be a great experience.
