That was entertaining - if complying to a bit of a standard formula; Too small budget, project manage themselves, and some random insane factor....
This is one that I look forward to seeing the "revisit" show in a few years time...

I thought they were blithering retards for building where they did. Great views, but really? Not that enamoured with yet another glass and white box, either, but it looked well done.
Each to their own and hands up to them for their bravery.

I loved some of the detail and views they had but absolutely crazy to build where they did. Living with a ticking time bomb

Did Kevin get another one pregnant last night??
I really liked it, would be perfect size for me and the missus, but i'd have thought a wee bit small for a family. 125K though, plus whateber the original house cost is good going, it looked a high quality

Yep - I liked it. Good, honest, inexpensive house. Clever use of the materials, but I did think he was going to kill someone with that initial crane lift when putting the structure together.
Thought the space for the kids was woeful, but I wonder if they spend a lot of time at grandparents next door to play?

One of these daytime Loc,Loc,Loc just came up after my program, South Brixton, used to be a black avoid area, two bedroom flat that will not even take a double bed, the whole flat the size of our bedroom, £550,000. Buyers queuing up.
We aint got it bad.

Last night's Northern Irish rural shipping containers shouldn't have worked, but did.
Finished product was stunning.
And a lovely chap and family too

Liked what he had done, but then I am a fan of modern boxes.
on the negative side I am not that keen on the rust finish on the bottom half and the 16k bath was a bit much.

Has anyone else been watching the BBC 2 series, "the house that £100K built "?
I have found it fascinating, and quite thought provoking.

The 100k house thing is great, but you always end with crazy ideas of selling up and doing a crazy project...not completely healthy :lol
