OK everyone, the possible dates/times are as follows:

Sat 11th November, 9am to 1pm, likely cost around £70-75 (cheaper due to time of year). However, I may not be available that weekend due to testing at w*rk (just in case there is a swear filter on that word!).

Sunday 26th November, 10am to 2pm. Unfortunately, likely cost would be around £95 even with 40 cars taking part, as the costs are about 30% higher for a Sunday, compared with a Saturday. Given the higher costs and higher numbers to break even I would be very uneasy about booking this date.

Saturday 9th December, 10am to 2pm. Likely cost around £70 -75 due to the time of year. Later start than normal (ie I can get up at 6am instead of 5!), and this would be my preferred choice at the moment.

If people can post up their preferences, then I'll review the interest.

Can't do 26 November but OK for others - assume Sat 9th Dec - not 8th? - tho' have this down as Hot Marques date?

Brian,

HM events may not go ahead due to insurance issues, that we have overcome now, which is why it has perhaps been offered to us ?

If people can post up the dates that they would be prepared to attend as a paying participant, noting the higher costs for the Sunday event, then it will be easier to judge interest.
