Thought calais was a no go zone just now. BBC suggests it's a riot zone with asylum seekers these days.

Strictly speaking the Ibis Tunel Sous La Manche, which is out of town. Was fine in 2010 but perhaps the world has moved on!

I fancy trying to fit in a bit of body flying in Miton Keynes on the way if anyone fancies giving it a go?

Costs.
So is it £900 plus ferry crossing and fuel - £600??)

How much are we talking all in ?

Two negatives make a positive but only in Scotland do two positives make a negative - 'Aye right.'

+ tolls + food & drink + any overnight stops there and back

It's often a good strategy to actively avoid totalling it up but I'm pretty sure there were some costs posted on previous Frolic threads.

Yeh but you'd use them here anyway.

Tolls were about £130, £200 fuel there and back £100 for Chunnel, £40 per overnight stay. Then it's just the fuel for trackdays, food and drink.

Fuel, ferry (or chunnel), overnight stops, food and drink would be more than £600 I reckon. Double or even triple that figure would be a closer sum to allow for. I would be very impressed if you could do it for £600. Ten fuel stops would be £400 for a start in an Elise. It also depends on how much you like to drink :cheers

I would be interested to hear how much others have spent on previous trips.
