F1 setting itself up for mockery & criticism again

2 teams in administration so a grid of 18 and the prospect of the reigning champion opting out of running to avoid penalties for the race :?

We need to make up our mind what to moan about :)

Can't mourn the loss of the smaller teams and yet allow everyone to use as many engines as they like during a season.

One team in administration and one team closed for good.

Does anyone give a toss?

Top 5 teams are looked after - thats the biggest barrier to entry.

Its borderline irrelevant, spectacularly expensive, and rarely a spectacle. Although I do enjoy watching it - compared to other things on TV anyway.

No idea who you'd justify the spend sponsorship wise, nor the actual ROI.

Given the situation with running 3 cars has not been explained, I am not sure how it can be so clear cut that the big teams should run 3 cars - clearly they don't want to run the cars - and unlike us, they DO know what the arrangements for running 3 cars would be.

The current path is destructive - Lotus, Sauber and Force India will be next to fold.

A budget cap, on the other hand, is a solution to making the sport viable in the future. The big teams will just have to accept it (why they want to spend $350m instead of $50m, I don't know!!!).

Cheers,
Robin

Usual routine, money rules.

McLaren and Red Bull probably spend more on their huge overblown Hospitality Centres(used to be Motorhomes), than the bottom teams spend on cars.
