NLC - renting in Dundee
I can vaguely recall that someone on here used to have properties to rent in Dundee?
My son is currently studying there and staying in the expensive uni accommodation. For next year he's looking to rent a 2 or ideally 3 bedroom place within walking or easy bus journey to the city centre.
Any contacts or advice on where to look would be very much appreciated.

John, I've got a three bed, three floor town house 5 mins walk from the city center. It's currently for sale but if it's not sold by summer we're going to rent it out again.
Let me know if it's of any interest (it also has a garage

No need for a garage, as he hasn't learned to drive yet!StiflerMR2 wrote:John, I've got a three bed, three floor town house 5 mins walk from the city center. It's currently for sale but if it's not sold by summer we're going to rent it out again.

Can you PM me details?
He is looking at a few places today with the two other guys from his course, but will be home tonight for the weekend.

Jesus that was quick!
My missus is currently staying in a nice 3 bed in city quay (5 mins from the centre 10 from the unis) which the lease is up at the end of the uni year when she graduates, I could get the details of the landlord if it's any use to anyone else?
