I was out in Tony's Evora.

I think £4300 is a crazy price for some metal pipe....even if it is very very well welded together.....

HOWEVER....It transforms the driving experience. Having been in the passenger seat it makes the car sound like a bonafide supercar and for that I would not hesitate about buying a 2Tubular the same. I LOVED it. Don't think of it as a £4300 exhaust....think of it as an essential item to complete the car :)

Quite simply...I would.

So, I don't feel I need any more performance from my Exige V6 but I like the idea of a 2Bular having had one fitted to an Elise previously. Whats the price of a (valved) back box only?

Well that was an experience, this has to be the most insane sounding exhaust I've ever had the pleasure of hearing. First off it is insanely loud (not boy racer, think angry growl). My sound level meter (not a crappy phone app) tops out at 130db and it was maxed out so it is louder than 130db. The surprising point for me was even though I had Jim's other system on the car, my car felt like it had been remapped with this one, especially acceleration at the top end felt so much faster and rev happy- the benefits of a 70mm system that is straight through I guess.

This system would rival an F1 car for noise and the growl it gives off was really bad ass

Sound levels in the car were just over 100db taking it easy which would easily piss off Mrs Mohammad but alas I think (I know) I've probably pushed it too far as the level of noise goes (good noise). It was just going to be too much for my daily commutes so off it has come and probably going to throw a resonator in there to knock it down by 5/6 db.

One things for sure I'm never going to forget this setup - you only live once and if you want extreme F1 level noise this is it, otherwise stick to Jim's normal setup :D

I've christened this setup El Matador - The Killer

Looking at the chart below someone would probably sue me for hearing damage:

It was never going to be wife friendly but it looks and I have no doubt sounded awesome as well! Hope you got some clips of it fitted Saj!
Also, would Jim offer those tips on the "standard" 2bular system? I think they look stunning.

Guys really sorry, you know I'm the first to get videos but on this occasion the video I recorded on my phone had no sound, I suspect the exhaust might have destroyed the mic

Simon the twin tips are an option, they were actually the tips I had on the 1st and 2nd prototypes and just edge it for me in the looks department but I'm also a fan of the ovals too.

Michelin Alpin PA4 (275/30/20 and 235/35/19) Car has been great over the winter, the tyres make all the difference and the grip they have is tremendous. The Audi S3 and the 480bhp TT-RS in the video had to push hard to stay anywhere near me on those roads.TT-RS complained about lack of grip, none of which was a problem for me even when we were going over slush covered roads. There were also 5 GT-Rs in front of me, again no issues staying with them given the conditions and that's saying something as I'm not that quick a driver.

It's all about the tyres!
