wow  , I remember posting on the old yahoo forum a couple times before SE2 appeared. So I average about 161.4 post per year :) .... seems like a lot but not as many as some not mentioning any names  :D

Scary.

I held out on SE Dinosaurs for 12 months. But "you don't know the power of the dark side". Glad I came, after all.

Is it time to rename to Scottish Evoras?!

I don't have two exiges ... I do have two elises :-) The pre-yahoo groups email/onelist would actually be 17 I think? I had my first elise in 97 and the one I ordered arrived in 98. Pretty sure that the email list was going by summer 98? So would be 17 this summer? Or did I get my dates mixed up (very likely!).

Anyway HB to various SE collectives for whenever their BD might actually be :-)

Cheers,
Robin

Friends, colleagues, joyriders and general hangers on,

Murray Motor Company have just confirmed delivery details for my long
awaited Lotus Elise. I can hardly contain myself. I've been on the
Waiting List for over 10 months now, although the arrival of this car has
been nearly three years in the making.

Extreme details as follows:

- Elise number 7001
- New Aluminium bodywork & hardtop; navy blue cloth hood
- Driving lamps, Radio kit, cloth seats, alarm upgrade

It's quite impressive for such a specific (sort of) community to still be active really!
'16 MINI Cooper S - Family fun hatch
'98 Lotus Elise - Fun day car
'04 Maserati Coupe GT - Manual, v8, Italian...
'18 Mazda Mx5 - The wife's, so naturally my daily
'19 Ducati Monster 797 - Baby bike bike
