I originally thought the same, BUT that isn't a straight and the driver is taking the racing line as its a kink in the straight.

It's a 50/50 who is to blame.

Car behind put himself in a blind spot and exactly where the other car was going to move with the flow of the track. Still look like it hurt..

yes but the guy in front must have known he was there and really shouldnt have moved over so quickly, that why its a hard one to say either way.
