Anyone who hasn't sorted Euro breakdown cover might want to have a look at ADAC Plus - I've been with them for a year, having joined prior to a drive to Italy last August.

Re: Frolic 13 (2015)
I had ADAC cover a few years ago as they recover from the Nurburgring for free so could've been handy. I used it as my euro cover at the time.

Ali, what do I need to bring cert wise regarding insurance?alicrozier wrote:Sorting docs last night realised I have no insurance certs for the 2-11. Hopefully sorted now...
Do LOT require paper copies of insurance before your allowed on track?
Steve.
Re: Frolic 13 (2015)
French cops will demand insurance certificate when they stop you. Check the regs for what you need to carry for driving in France... Like High vis in the car etc. too

Re: Frolic 13 (2015)
LOT don't require it but if you are in an accident or are asked by the nice Policeman to provide it you should have a copy of your insurance certificate and log book to be on the safe side. You used to have to get a green card from insurers before driving in Europe but I think that's a thing of the past and most insurers will cover you for upto a certain time limit in EU. Should say in your insurance schedule.C7Steve wrote:Ali, what do I need to bring cert wise regarding insurance?alicrozier wrote:Sorting docs last night realised I have no insurance certs for the 2-11. I should add that I've been stopped and not been asked to provide it, but I take it anyway.

Yep, per BigD and DDtB combo.
All sorted now, out of UK notification and the trackdays covered. All emailed out from George at CCI. Top work.
Just need to remember to phone and disable the tracker when we get on the boat...
