Have a good one folks, I'm no longer able to make this track day :( Stunning day too, it'll be fantastic up there! And I've got sort out a wet room right through the weekend that's gone slightly tits up - oh well, next year !

A great morning! Thanks as always to John for organising & taking photos.
The V6 Exiges were amazing but could anyone keep up with the Nissan GTRs? Quite intimidating coming into the hairpin with all three mirrors full of GTR front bumper!

Big thanks to John for organising today, weather was beautiful too :)

More red flags than I have seen recently but that's the way it goes sometimes. Big thanks to Martin for the passenger laps, enjoyed following you out on track and Ferg, I hope you get the exige fixed soon - 'll get that pax one day! Also, nice to meet your father today, he was going great by the end.

I'll post up some vids next week, just to prove Ferg was on track :P

I would expect the V6 Exiges can keep up with the GTR's?

Thanks again John, utterly in love with my car. Had 30 mins at the end on my own, twitching into every corner and it wouldn't fall of the track. God it's so so enjoyable!

Nice to see you all again, sorry white Evora chap [FACE WITH STUCK-OUT TONGUE AND WINKING EYE]

I was talking to the driver of the light blue GT-R after we had been lapping together. 650hp but almost 2 tons with driver and pax.

He was braking at the bridge for Duffus, but is talking of buying an Elise after driving with them on track and seeing how they handle.

Out of interest, where are you braking for Duffus in a fast Elise? I had to brake at the bridge in my P1, at about 140. 450bhp, ~1270kg.

Bet the GTR was way over 150!

That's interesting.
AGs monster focus seems to get to 140 odd in this video
http://youtu.be/o8JUjSH4APA
But it looks a,little damp. I think I've seen another in car of it at 155...trying to find a similar video from a GTR...

Tut, funny you should say that, a neighbour has a GTR and said he is going to change it out for something more involving.....caterham or atom...

Highlight for me was following the V12 Aston, what a noise :)
