I've gone and done a Campbell

Post by Kinger » Sun Oct 25, 2015 5:35 pm

Had some discussions with Campbell over a few beers on our way back from Frolic, bottom line is I've now joined the "Campbell club".

The Exige has now gone and has been replaced with an Evora SR and a S1 111s. Two completely different cars, and both a right blast in such different ways.

The S1 will be popping its track cherry at Donnington and Oulten later this week, can't wait. it won't be anywhere near as fast as Exige but I guess I'm going to have to learn to drive it all on my own with no toys being available.

Made a mess of attaching pics, will need to try to fix it later...................must be an age thing.

If anyone knows what I've done and knows how to fix it, please let mt know or do the needful.

Cheers

Small and transient club, Graham, but welcome!

Tidy Evora.

Enjoy the contrasts and complementary styles :-)

Nice one Kinger!

Fixed that for you G. Good looking pair. Might be tempted one day to get an Evora to join Egor. Need to get rid of either the XC90 of the Previa first though ... and I love both of those cars, so hard to make progress.

I had a drive round to see both new toys today and the S1 is in mint condition. The Evora looks gorgeous in Carbon Grey, with the contrast sections in black as per Sports Racer spec(which it is). The Elise does look tiny compared to the Evora though. We had a little run in the Evora and the suspension and ride comfort was something else. The seats have more padding than the Exige and long journeys would be very comfortable indeed. Have fun at the end of the week and I will give you a call afterwards to see how you got on with the S1.
