Dent in Evora quarter panel

I have noticed a dent in my rear passenger side quarter panel, it is like a car park next has opened the door and touched it and no more but it has popped in however no scratch or paint from another car,

is this a hard thing to have fixed or popped back into shape? also costly ? any info on the matter would be appreciated

Have a look on TLF -I think there is a thread about this, button sized dimple just behind the door? Something to do with the manufacturing process of the clam.....

that sounds about right j2 lot ! maybe it isn't another car that has accidentally touched it then ?

They've all got a wee crease on the panel just behind the door.

Iirc Graeme rejected the first evora they got for having it.. Only to find they all do.

Mine used to have a small crease in the rear bumper.

I had a read of the link on 'TLF seems it appears to be an illusion and you'll only see it every now and again, that will bug the life out of me now ha ha. cheers guys

What are the Evora clams made from? Same as elises? Does it dent?... Though it would just crack.

Dom, It's not actually a dent more of a shading in the GRP. Its only visible in certain lights / angles and is a thumb print size 'pull' in the surface where it is was glued or held during manufacture.
