Sportscar hire

Post by Gareth » Wed Feb 03, 2016 10:02 am

Has anyone used a company in Scotland for sportscar hire?
I'm doing the NC500 with a few friends but would find that run pretty dull in my S3..(auto). I'm interested in hiring something.

TIA
G

There's a company in the Moray area that hires Caterhams... That would be ideal!

Holy thread drift... I was looking owing at that Atom on MMC site for several minutes thinking it just looks ridiculous but I was unable to ascertain why as I like the look of the atom.... Then it hit me... Windscreen. Looks horrendous.

The proportions look wrong Somehow, front wing too small, rear wing too big and screen looks narrow and high as well. Who would have though that a screen could have such a dramatic effect.

Yep, I know a few people who have used them and got nothing but good reports. The mileage surcharge on the hotter cars is pretty beefy though, understandably I guess.

Yup, mileage maybe costly considering I'd be racking up at least 600-750 miles.

Anyway, I got this place back speaking about cars.
You're welcome! :P

:cheers

I think any performance car hire place will pump you for doing 600 miles in a weekend. The mileage charges on the lesser caterhams are much cheaper and you might find yourself having just as much fun in a 140bhp than a CSR and at safer speeds...
