its a marketing survey - one where u cannot opt out of ur details being used and contacted again.
They will target the 10% soft No voters from this Database to convince them and get the percentage they need to win indy.

They can, and will, say anything to convince those soft No voters - people who do actually vote, and can be persuaded - because if indyref 2 (domain indyref2.scot is registered by a SNP member) happens and they win then all the negative issues will, as normal, be portrayed as England's Westminster's fault.

I blame the people who voted SNP at the last 2 elections, where indyref2 were sidelined. I said at the time, they would use the % of those votes as retrospective reference for "we are trusted".

Did you know, farmers still have not got their CAP payments.
They said it was sorted in June. Then in August, they said 500 farmers without the payments - when in reality is 1061.

SNP cannot be trusted.

Saltire/ Lion Rampant is not a magic wand - u cannot wave it and sort the country.

Then, when the Press try to get involved, they get attacked and silienced, as per Daisley at STV - by pressure from SNP MPs.

Anytime I try to talk to Yes voters, they wont listen. I have lots of facts, ive looked into it big time.
SNP is failing Scotland.
Holyrood is failing Scotland.
It is not Westminster.
Independent Scotland would be desolate, in financial and public service terms, for many many years.

Watching Theresa May on Andrew Marr, what a difference to the whinging, whining, argumentative, sniping, "demanding", stamping, toys out the pram, Sturgeon.

On Brexit, which May did not support - "look, we had a vote, the British people in a majority voted for Brexit, so now, my job is just to get on with Brexit and the job of government and governing".

Why can't Sturgeon accept, like may, that she lost her vote and just get on with the job of government? To me this goes to the nub of the issue re Independence - we had the vote. We, as a nation had a majority that said no. So, respect the majority and democracy and the will of the people and move on and govern. Please!

totally agree - should accept and move on.

But this is the scottish NATIONAL party - caps and lower intentional.

What do we want? INDEPENDENCE
When do we want it? NOW

Thats it.

they quote "brexit is change of circumstances, what are you afraid of?"

To which I reply: "it's not fear, I am not afraid. It's about principle. Say there was one, say it was a vote to leave, say the EU acceptance conditions were not as promised by leave camp? More things changed, have another one?
Say the conditions of continued sterling zone or trade with uk were not allowed to be as leave wanted, have another one?
One was done, it's over, SNP are doing all they can for Indy, while they run Scotland into the ground in the public sector."

they then quote stats, polls... based on about 1000 people each time.

I think this "survey" is about saying "we have had x million people say maybes aye" - more than the 1000 or so used for polls.

last throw of the dice.

also, I may be doing a discredit - but why did Sturgeon let out about her miscarriage now? 6 years after it happened?

Nothing to do with her ratings are low of 20%... just saying the timing is weird. maybe im just a cynic with that.

I have to admit I thought the timing stinks too to be honest.

I've lost a child, I know what's it like and have huge sympathy but it does feel contrived re the timing. Better not have put it out there after all that time and bring back the feelings and emotions.
