No, I modified it to be the perfect road car, so it would suck horrendously on track. Plus I can't afford the petrol to get to the track, never mind actually on track...

Then there's the weight issues, brake pads, oilchanges, humiliation from unshakable small plastic Rover-powered things...

No way.

N3 has never been tracked, taken out in the wet, is kept in a heated garaged and brought out each week to be washed and polished.

I am with Tut here. My next Loti only comes out when its dry and will be kept polished and garaged any other time ideally.

Vicky wont be back on track again. Concentrating on turning her into a reliable (ha) road car for longer road runs. I want to take her to France at some point to Le Mans, maybe Stelvio. After those boxes have been ticked who knows. I dont have the trow away budget that I had before. Ofshore not looking good long term. I will keep her as long as I can but she needs to be ready to sell at a moments notice.. So no track focused modifications like last time round.
Well it moves... might as well make the most of it....

Sorry to hear that John but you might as well track her anyway. Don't need to make her track focused just get back in the fun mate

Andy speaks the truth buddy...You don't need to spend fortunes or anything for that matter to enjoy her on track, few extra services and consumables maybe but they're great fun out of the box as you know and it's not a competition on track days just go out and enjoy yourself and the car mate! :thumbsup

Need to sort the HGF first.. then new tires, change the brakes as they are made out of cheese. Rest of the car should be fine after that.

Car came back from [insert name of the rip off merchant king] with what can only be described as "some sh*t off eBay" for disks. Not had the budget to to change them yet, or the 9 year old T1r's.
