I've been lucky enough to do quite a few miles in this beauty.

I've never been one to give my cars a name or view them as anything other than a machine but one decent drive in that and I was convinced the thing has a soul.

It's far from perfect, in fact the gearbox in particular is a 'challenge' but learning how to drive it is part of the charm.

It's not a car I'd want to drive particularly quickly on the road but it puts a massive smile on my face every time I take it out.
Please never sell it Kenny!

Not sure if you are planning to work on it yourself, but if you are looking for a Porsche Indie I had nothing but good experiences with Peter at Motortune in Shotts when we had our 944S2.

First garage I'd been to where I asked him to do something (some preventative maintenance on the timing chain) he argued that it wasn't needed yet, and I'd be wasting my money. Very knowledgeable and open. I'm sure hewould have done the work if I'd insisted, but he convinced me. And since he's a 6th Dan in taekwon-do I didn't argue too hard

Another thumbs up for Peter at Motortune as he looked after our 964 Targa, top gent and certainly knows his stuff. Admit Shotts is not the easiest to get to but his knowledge of Porsche's certainly makes the trip worthwhile.
